Livetable 利用規約

第 1 条（適用）

1. 本規約は、Livetable 運営（以下「当方」）が提供する Livetable（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。
2. 利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約および プライバシーポリシー に同意したものとみなされます。

第 2 条（定義）

第 3 条（対象プラットフォームの規約への同意）

1. 本サービスは YouTube API Services を利用しています。 利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより、YouTube 利用規約 に 同意したものとみなされます。
2. 利用者は、Google プライバシーポリシー の内容を確認するものとします。
3. 利用者は、Twitch を連携する場合、Twitch の利用規約に従うものとします。
4. 本サービスは、Google LLC、YouTube、Twitch Interactive, Inc. とは資本関係・提携関係のない独立したサービスです。 本サービスの名称・ロゴは、これらの事業者の公式サービスであることを示すものではありません。

第 4 条（コンテンツの帰属と再生）

1. 本サービスに表示される配信・動画のタイトル、サムネイル、チャンネル名、タグその他のコンテンツは、 各対象プラットフォームおよびその投稿者に帰属します。 当方はこれらの権利を主張しません。
2. 当方は、API データを 改変せずに 表示します。タイトル・サムネイルの加工、トリミング、 要約による差し替えは行いません。
3. 本サービスの画面には、各項目の 出所（YouTube / Twitch）を必ず表示 します。
4. 動画・配信の再生は、各プラットフォームの公式サイトまたは公式アプリで行われます。 本サービスは再生ボタンから公式サイトへ遷移させるのみで、コンテンツの保存・変換・ ダウンロード・広告の除去・バックグラウンド再生の機能を提供しません。
5. 本サービスは、対象プラットフォームのコンテンツを再配信しません。

第 5 条（無料で提供する機能）

本サービスは無料で提供します。有料の機能はありません。本サービスの機能は次のとおりです。

1. 利用者が登録・フォローしているチャンネルの 配信予定・配信中の一覧表示（YouTube と Twitch を 1 つの時系列にまとめた表示を含む）
2. 配信の 開始通知 と、利用者が選んだ枠の 開始前の通知
3. 利用者本人の 視聴履歴 の表示
4. 「後で見る」 の追加・削除・一覧表示
5. 配信予定の カレンダー出力（iCal 形式の購読・Google カレンダーへの登録）
6. 各項目から公式サイトへの遷移

当方は、対象プラットフォームの API へのアクセスそのもの、および動画・配信の再生に対して課金しません。

第 6 条（アカウントと連携）

1. 本サービスの利用には、Google アカウントによるログインが必要です。
2. 利用者は、いつでも Google のセキュリティ設定ページ （https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions）から本サービスの認可を取り消せます。
3. 利用者は、本サービスの設定画面から、連携の解除と保存データの削除を要求できます。 当方は、要求を受けてから 7 日以内にデータを削除します。
4. 連携を解除した場合、本サービスの機能は利用できなくなります。
5. 当方は、新しい利用者の受け付けを招待制とし、または利用者の数・1 日に受け付ける数に上限を設けることがあります。上限に達している間は新しい利用者を受け付けません（順番待ちは受け付けていません）。
6. 当方は、利用者が本規約に違反した場合その他当方が必要と判断した場合、利用者への事前の通知なく利用を停止し、保存データを削除することがあります。削除は第 6 条 3 項と同じ方法で行います。

第 7 条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2. 本サービスまたは対象プラットフォームの運営を妨害する行為
3. 本サービスを自動化された手段で大量に取得・複製する行為（当方が書面で許可した場合を除く）
4. 本サービスを通じて取得した情報を、対象プラットフォームの規約に違反する形で利用する行為
5. 他の利用者または第三者の権利を侵害する行為
6. 本サービスのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル
7. その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第 8 条（本サービスの変更・中断・終了）

1. 当方は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中断することがあります。
2. 当方は、対象プラットフォームの API の仕様変更、利用規約の変更、割り当ての変更等により、 本サービスの一部または全部を終了することがあります。
3. 当方は、本サービスの終了にあたり、可能な限り事前に通知するよう努めます。

第 9 条（免責）

1. 当方は、本サービスに表示される情報の正確性・完全性・最新性を保証しません。 配信予定は配信者によって変更・中止されることがあり、また API の取得のタイミングにより 実際の状態と異なる場合があります。
2. 当方は、対象プラットフォームの障害、仕様変更、API の割り当ての超過その他当方の責めに帰さない事由により 本サービスが利用できないことについて、責任を負いません。
3. 当方は、本サービスの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、当方の責めに帰すべき事由がある場合を除き、 責任を負いません。
4. 当方が責任を負う場合（当方の故意または重大な過失による場合を除きます）、その範囲は、利用者 1 人につき、 損害の原因・回数にかかわらず合計 1 万円を上限とします。
5. 本条の定めは、消費者契約法その他の強行法規に反しない範囲で適用されます。

第 10 条（本規約の変更）

当方は、本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲示した時点で効力を生じます。 重要な変更を行う場合は、本サービス内で通知します。

第 11 条（準拠法および管轄）

1. 本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。
2. 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Livetable Terms of Service

1. Scope

1. These Terms govern the use of Livetable (the "Service") provided by Livetable 運営 ("we", "us").
2. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Agreement to the covered platforms' terms

1. The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. You should also review the Google Privacy Policy.
3. If you connect Twitch, you agree to Twitch's terms of service.
4. The Service is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC, YouTube, or Twitch Interactive, Inc. Neither our name nor our logo implies any such relationship.

4. Content ownership and playback

1. Titles, thumbnails, channel names, tags, and all other content shown in the Service belong to the respective covered platform and its uploader. We claim no rights in them.
2. We display API Data without modification. We do not edit, crop, or replace titles or thumbnails.
3. Every item in the Service displays its source (YouTube or Twitch).
4. Playback happens on the covered platform's own website or official app. The Service only links out to it. We provide no functionality to store, convert, download, block advertisements in, or play in the background any content from a covered platform.
5. The Service does not redistribute content from the covered platforms.

5. Free functionality

The Service is free of charge. There are no paid features. The Service provides:

1. A list of upcoming and live streams for the channels you subscribe to or follow (including a single timeline that combines YouTube and Twitch).
2. Notifications when a stream starts, and reminders before a start for the streams you choose.
3. Your own viewing history.
4. "Watch later" — adding, removing, and listing entries.
5. Calendar export of upcoming streams (an iCal subscription feed and adding entries to Google Calendar).
6. Links from each entry to the covered platform's own site.

We do not charge for access to any covered platform's API as such, nor for playback of videos or streams.

6. Accounts and connections

1. Using the Service requires signing in with a Google account.
2. You may revoke the Service's access at any time from the Google security settings page (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).
3. You may request disconnection and deletion of your stored data from the Service's settings screen. We delete the data within 7 days of the request.
4. If you disconnect, the Service's functionality becomes unavailable to you.
5. We may make admission of new users invitation-only, or limit the number of users or the number of new users admitted per day. While a limit is reached, we do not admit new users (we do not keep a waiting list).
6. We may suspend your use of the Service and delete your stored data without prior notice if you violate these Terms or if we otherwise consider it necessary. Deletion is carried out in the same way as in section 6.3.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

1. break the law or act contrary to public order and morals;
2. interfere with the operation of the Service or of any covered platform;
3. retrieve or copy the Service in bulk by automated means (unless we permit it in writing);
4. use information obtained through the Service in a way that breaches a covered platform's terms;
5. infringe the rights of other users or of third parties;
6. reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; or
7. do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate.

8. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation

1. We may change or suspend the Service without prior notice.
2. We may discontinue all or part of the Service because of changes to a covered platform's API, its terms, or its quota allocation.
3. We will try to give advance notice before discontinuing the Service.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

1. We do not warrant that the information shown in the Service is accurate, complete, or current. Broadcasters change or cancel scheduled streams, and the timing of our API retrieval means the Service may differ from the actual state.
2. We are not liable for the Service being unavailable because of an outage, specification change, or quota exhaustion at a covered platform, or any other cause outside our control.
3. Except where we are at fault, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Service.
4. Where we are liable (other than through our wilful misconduct or gross negligence), our liability is capped at JPY 10,000 in total per user, regardless of the cause or the number of incidents.
5. This section applies only to the extent permitted by the Consumer Contract Act and other mandatory law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. An amended version takes effect when posted on this page. We will notify you in the Service if the change is material.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
2. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any dispute relating to the Service.
